Prosperity Lab’s Mesa Redonda Incubation & Commissary Kitchen recently celebrated a milestone by graduating 25 innovative food businesses, showcasing the incredible talent and resilience of the local culinary community.

The graduation event, held at the Center for Employment Training, was a testament to the power of community-centered entrepreneurship. Sebastian Juarez, owner of Empanadas La Linda, was among the proud graduates, offering tantalizing samples that highlighted the diverse culinary traditions represented in the program.
